I now want to take my business to the highest level possible, and I am seeking ideas for unique advertising/marketing, I am in janitorial & building maintenance business. It has to be something out of the box.
Like one idea I had was to make an inflatable balloon of our company logo and place it across busy streets.
We are a medium-sized commercial building maintenance/janitorial company and are ready to take it to the next level (higher level). We do not do residential or small offices.
Well, the people that you are advertising to are the staff members at the large corporations for whom you'd like to perform your services. So How do you put your co. name in that person's (or those persons') face(s)?? These are the ones who will decide who does their janitorial/maintenance tasks. Make a CD/ DVD and have it specially delivered so they have to sign for it. They can pop it in their computer right there at their desk. Provide them the info they need about you to make a decision to put those jobs into your hands. Interview existing clients so you have references. Show them how you'll be better than what they have and how it will save them (or the Co.) money. Promise top quality service and performance and then deliver it. Make it fun, interesting and informative so perhaps they would even be inclined to watch it again or share it with others.
